Life Squared is a coaching business run by Johno, based in the United Kingdom. This site (lifesquared.co.uk) is where you can learn about the coaching, take the free Life² Snapshot, and get in touch.
For the purposes of UK GDPR, Life Squared is the data controller for any personal information you give us through this website.

We use this to email you your personal Snapshot results, and to send Johno a copy so he can follow up if you've asked to hear more. That's it — we do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Before opening the Wealth Map, we ask for your name, email address and mobile number. We use these to let Johno know the tool is being used and so he can follow up personally on WhatsApp. The Wealth Map itself is entirely local — the numbers you type into it stay on your device and are never sent anywhere.

If you get in touch by email, WhatsApp or through the contact links on this site, we keep the conversation so we can reply and follow up. We use the details you give us only for the reason you gave them.

This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tools.
The site is hosted on Netlify, which uses a small number of essential cookies and collects basic access logs (IP address, browser, page requested) for security and to keep the site running. This is standard for any web host.
To run the Snapshot we use two trusted third-party services (called "processors" in GDPR):
Each of these providers is GDPR-compliant and holds data securely. We do not use your data for any purpose other than running the Snapshot and replying to you.
Snapshot submissions are kept for 24 months so Johno can refer back to your results if you become a coaching client, and then deleted. If you email us and never take up coaching, we'll normally delete the conversation within 12 months.

Life Squared is aimed at adults. The Snapshot and coaching services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll flag it plainly.
The short version: we collect only what we need, we don't share it, we don't sell it, and you can ask for it back or ask us to delete it at any time.
