The coach behind Life Squared isn't here to tell you what a strong life looks like. He's here because he's done the work himself — and he knows what it actually takes to make change stick in real life, not just in theory.
And because how you lead is inseparable from how you live, my work looks at your whole life, not just the boardroom part of it. The four sides of Life Squared, Mindset, Health, Wealth and Connection, are where leadership actually comes from.
I built Life Squared because I got tired of seeing what imbalance really costs. First in myself, then in the leaders around me. On paper, a life can look fine. Underneath, it can feel completely off. I know what it costs to look strong while something quietly isn't right. I didn't build this in theory. I built it from the inside out.
More than 20 years in leadership, sales, and people development. I've spent the majority of my career helping people grow, perform, and navigate real responsibility in high-pressure environments, often at the point where the demands of the role collide with the person inside it.
What that gives my coaching is substance. I understand people, pressure, standards, family life, and what it takes to lead in real conditions, not ideal ones.
Honesty over comfort. Clarity over noise. A coach who won't pretend leadership or life is simple, but will help you face both clearly and move forward with intention.
You'll be challenged. You'll be supported. And you'll always know where you stand.
